Terms of Service

These terms of service apply when you purchase or sell a service on Glemix:

1. General Usage

With the purchase of a service on Glemix, you are entitled to receive updates and notifications from the seller until the order is completed. We include all the tools to verify that your order is proceeding in the right direction.

When you sell services on glemix, you have the task of responding promptly to the customer and delivering the work on the scheduled days otherwise we will apply a refund policy and the money will be returned to the customer. If instead the service had to be paid in cash, the buyer has the right to take away the service and he can negatively review the undelivered service.

The inappropriate use of Glemix by a user determines the immediate ban from the platform (he reserves the right to reply for three days, during which the user can ask and explain information about the incident).

An offensive language against other users is not allowed whatever the reason (regarding this reason the user will not have the right to reply).

Our platform must be used to exchange, sell or buy services and the user must comply with the rules of common sense. In case of ban, if the balance is positive, the corresponding sum will come returned to the user, with his previously chosen payment method; if the user has not specified his payment method, he can write it to the support email adress.

If the user is a seller, after the ban, the amount of the current subscription or other paid functions already active will not be reimbursed.

Glemix retains the right to change the terms and conditions of this site.

2. Guarantee

Glemix is guaranteed to function correctly, for all the functions of the platform. We can not and do not guarantee connection and operation with external sites. If for some reason the platform is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

3. Support

Support is provided in a fast and friendly manner, and includes correction of problems resulting from the basic functionality of Glemix. We do not provide support for third-party use.
Questions and requests will be directed to our support.

Note: Support normally is offered Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM CEST (GMT+1). Support requests are answered in order received.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for sales of digital products. All sales for these services are final (unless the service is not provided), but if there is a problem, we will address the problem with the seller with regard to a purchased job. Unfortunately, there is no effective way to combat digital service fraud.
