Do you have a refund policy?

If for any reason the seller does not respect the terms of delivery of the paid service, the money will be immediately returned to you through your balance.

When you request a refund, contact the assistance by email and specify the reasons.

We recommend that you always pay through our platform and not in cash, this will allow us to handle the refund quickly and we can also intervene in person, unlike the cash payment.

It is assumed that when the payment is made in cash directly to the freelancer the order has been successful.


Do you have a support service?

Of course! Our customer service operators, friendly and knowledgeable are available to answer your questions during all working days in any time slot, this does not mean that in case there is an urgency we will be ready to answer you even on holidays.
